Our Maltese Chihuahua mix is the most loving, affectionate, mild tempered dog I've ever seen. She sleeps in my bed and lets me hold her however I want, she is like a rag doll. She is great with all ages of kids but does not like other dogs unless they are smaller than her (which is hard to find because she is only 6 lbs). I do not want to ever get another dog for fear it would be such a disappointment compared to my snuggle bug Maltese Chihuahua mix Rhys.

Chihuahua Mix - Tasha

My Maltese Chihuahua mix is a handful. I take her for a walk in the morning, so she can do her business and she won't go. As soon as we come back into the house, she makes a run to the newspapers on the floor and goes. She is very kissy kissy with us but won't go near anyone else. Seems very smart as she knows the names of each toy and will get them by name when she wants to play, which seems like every minute of the day. She is very high energy and has to have her way with everything. Very hard to find food that my Maltese Chihuahua mix likes. Have tried almost everything but can't seem to find something she likes. She is a challenge but very lovable.

Gracie is a gorgeous, loyal, playful Maltese Chihuahua mix and member of our household. She is very close and loving with everyone in the family and will do anything for a cuddle!
