Funny Maltese Puppy - Joey

My Maltese puppy is the absolute best! After doing much research we chose to purchase a Maltese for the simple fact that they don't shed. It was very trying in the beginning to say the least. We crated her in the kitchen and went through an entire week with no sleep. She kept us up with her crying until all hours. I thought she would never be able to walk properly. When we tried to walk her, she would walk sideways and not for much distance at all. Slowly she got further and further and now when you say the word "walk" she just goes ballistic.

Joey is the live of our lives. When she was three months old she accompanied us on a trip to Europe. It was hilarious! I was concerned because there's not too much grass in the parts that we visited. The vet told me if she really really needs to go, she's gonna go. Well we were staying at a place that was very dry but I found this tiny little patch of grass that she could go pee on. Each and every morning I would walk her to this little patch and she did her thing. Well, one morning we woke up and walked to her regular patch but there was a problem. A car had parked on her patch. Well Joey was not impressed. She barked and growled at the car but it would not move. She walked around it about six times till she finally gave up and went right beside the car.

Joey has given us so many laughs and she is part of the family. Our lives revolve around her every move. I look forward to coming home everyday so that I can see her excitement. She will be sitting by the side door and just waits until someone comes home. She starts shaking so much that you'd think she was gonna have a seizure. Joey is the absolute best! Love U
