Malchi Rescue Dog - Brandi

by Rubie Pineda
(Bentonville, AR, USA)

Sweet dreams!

Sweet dreams!

Brandi is a Malchi rescue dog. I rescued her from the worse conditions imagineable. She was confined in a box on the front porch in the middle of winter. The box was bearly big enough for her to stand in, but not enough to stretch her legs. There were two tiny bowls shoved in the box completely dry as if there were no water in it for a while. The first time I saw her at one of my fathers friends house, I fell in love with my Maltese Chihuahuas soft, beautiful eyes. I knew I had to do something about it. All these people ever thought about was money, so I offered a very over-priced amount for her and took her home. I let her out for the first time in nine months and she literally ran laps around my three bedroom home. She was most definitely not shy! She is the sweetest dog anyone could ask for. She is also a great companion to cuddle with, or just to hang out and watch TV all day. My Maltese Chihuahua mix loves to play with her Milk Bone balls in the back yard, and can run for miles! She thinks she is the boss when it comes to other dogs. She loves to play with them, but will also bark as if she is bigger than her 5 lbs. She is a joy to have and love. I wouldn't trade my Malchi for the world!

Love your rescue story

We have a rescued Maltipom and I love the bumper sticker that says Who rescued who? It's so true with these affectionate caring dogs. Much happiness to you and your Maltichi.
