Bubba is the most sweet and obedient Mal-shi puppies and loves to cuddle and play. He is the first dog our family has had and we picked the best of the litter. He was given to us by a sweet lady who just wanted to make sure he was in a loving environment. He was only 9 weeks when he came to live with us.

My Mal-shi loves my 7 year old daughter, and has an extra special place for me (pack leader) in his heart. He can't wait to see Daddy everyday and when brother comes homes from college, there just isn't enough time to play. He is awesome.

I couldn't believe when I read your comments re: your Bubba. I also have a male MalShi named Buhba (Old German Spelling). We got him when he was 8 weeks old and was also the pick of the litter and the only boy. Your pic of your Bubba looks almost identical to mine except my Buhba has more black across his back.

How old is Bubba now and how big is he? I am just curious because there is a big discrepancy from the breeder we purchased him from, his vet and his groomer as to how big they think he will get anywhere from 7 lb to 15 lb.

He is also a joy but sometimes a little stinker. Housetraining is a challenge with him having no accidents for several days to him having accidents all the time. He also loves to cuddle but plays really hard too. I have had some problems with his nipping as when he plays he nips very hard and if he happens to get ahold of fingers it's not good.

He also loves my 4 year old grandaughter, sometimes too much. I am so happy we decided on this particular breed and he fills an empty space in my heart that I didn't even realize was there until I got him.
