Maltese Silky Terrier - Cocey

Our Maltese Silky Terrier dog is very cute. When it is bathtime he looks at you with droopy eyes, he does not like to get wet at all. In fact he does not like to walk on wet grass! Cocey loves having a brush though!

Our Silkese loves to go for walks or rather runs in the local rec area. He will eat anything and eats like he has never eaten in his life before. We taught or Maltese Silky Terrier mix to shake hands and he does it well. When he is being scolded he will often plead for mercy by shaking his paw in the air. For he knows we love this. He indeed is a real little digger as well.

Cocey loves being with people and will sit real close to them. He is afraid of thunder storms and finds comfort if you place out a cardboard box with high sides, into the box you place something soft and warm. Once he is snuggled inside and after you gently and quietly say you will be alright, he has a nice rest.

On one walk a noisy motor bike come zooming around us, Cocey even though he is a small dog acted very large and ran after the motor bike barking wildly at it. Or Silky Terrier Maltese does the same thing with our whipper snipper.

His fur does get matted, and at times needs knots cut out. Cocey does have personality as well as chocolatey melting pleading eyes.
