Silkese - Chloe

I got my Silkese dog Chloe when she was 8 weeks old and she is my first inside dog ever. I lost my husband of 31 years to cancer and was so lonely that I decided to get a lap dog puppy. She is extremely intelligent and learned potty training very easily. She has a feisty personality but is very loving. She is particular about her toys and knows which ones are her favorites. She has learned to stay by herself for up to eight hours if I have errands to run, but is very happy to see me upon my return home. The only thing she fears is the vacuum cleaner, but instead of running away, she will cautiously give me plenty of room when I'm using it and just watch. I can't imagine my life without my Silkese now!
