Using Warm Water to Remove Tear Stains

I have a Maltese male and I was wondering what can I do to remove those stains. So what I did was get a cloth and put warm water on the tear stains every day, morning and night. So then it started removing! It's amazing RIGHT!

I read somewhere that the stains were a type of yeast infection. So I made sure his food containes no wheat/yeast. Then I feed him one teaspoon of plain yogart dailey for about 2 weeks and his eyes cleared up completely. Now I give him 1 teaspoon of plain yogart every 3 0r 4 days and his eyes have been stain free for almost 6 months now.

You are doing what I do, just bathe those eyes daily and sometimes I put some "tears" in. Lucky doesn't mind and he has no tear stains. When I see a little sign, I start cleaning him.
