Charlie is 2 years old and lives with 2 humans and 2 cats. He loves EVERYONE! He is very protective of his human mom. It seems as though he has taken on the role of the alpha over human mom. It also seems as though he is afraid of the dark, outside. He will run back and forth on his leash barking at nothing. Its as if a dog is walking by. Charlie has a terrific noise. He will even wake up from a deep sleep, grouling then barking and run from window to doors throught the house. This happens when a dog or other critter is outside. He is definitely a guard dog. When anything approaches he acts as though he wants to attack it. It could be a semi coming down the highway when we are in the car or just someone walking down the street. Except, he is not vicious. I am afraid he will get attacked by a bigger something if I don't keep him on a leash and keep my eyes on the surroundings. Wonderful, friendly, loving, best dog I ever owned kind of dog!
