Chihuahua Mixes - Sassy

My Malchi is named Sassy and is one of the best Chihuahua mixes. She has such a great personality, loves to sit at my feet or on my lap. She has an obsession with socks and loves to hide them until she can chew them up at a later time usually when she's bored!

Now you can't be fooled by her cuteness... when she is relaxed and you try to pick her up she will snap at you. To be honest my Maltese Chihuahua reminds me of me when I'm relaxed and people try to bother me. She does love kids but when they annoy her she will snap, I think this dog is better with older children who are playful but understand a dogs temperament.

I have one of the coolest Maltese Chihuahua mixes. She is so full of life!! She makes me smile... very smart!! My Maltese Chihuahua hates for you to laugh at her but you just can't help it!!

Chihuahua Mixes - Mimi

Mimi was born April 27, 2010 from a Maltese mom and black Chihuahua dad. She is one of the cutest Maltese Chihuahua mixes. She loves to cuddle but also loves running and playing with other dogs and with kids. She is very smart and easily trained. She can be mischievous at times but is generally well behaved. Basically my Maltese Chihuahua mix knows what she can get away with and takes advantage when she can. She is quite unique looking and people can't resist petting her when we are out.

He is my spoiled little man!! He is one of the sweetest, funniest Maltese Chihuahua mixes ever. There is not another dog like him! He smiles, loves to give kisses and be held like a baby.

He can be a bit of a yapper, but only when he wants his way and isn't getting it =) Loves to snuggle. Is ok with bath time but runs around crazy for about a half hour afterwards and then just lays down and falls asleep lol

My husband and I adore her and wish I could have more of her. Our Maltese Chihuahua mix is just the sweetest thing in this world. She also has the biggest heart. My husband has had surgery and wasn't feeling so well and Katee would quietly go sit next to him. It was so cute and heartwarming. She is the love of my life.

Chihuahua Mixes - Chino

We got my one of the most energetic Maltese Chihuahua mixes Chino at 5 weeks old. He is now 6 months old. He is a burst of energy and extremely playful. When he is with his "cousin" KC, a full bred Maltese, the playing never stops. It is just sooo cute to watch. Only recently did he start barking. When he gets up in the morning and needs to go out, he will wimper instead of bark. Our Maltese Chihuahua mix has beautiful eyes and his coat markings are very pretty. He is mostly white with lots of tan and the tips of his ears and tail have black mixed in. He is currently 5lbs and 3oz. We love him to death!

Chihuahua Mixes - Sir Wrigley

I adopted one of the best Maltese Chihuahua mixes Sir Wrigley as a companion for my 16 year old chocolate poodle named Mizi. I adopted him from my cousin who received Sir Wrigley from a woman who didn't have the time to take care of him.

He is a handsome 5 month old puppy, about 5 lbs with a long body and short little legs. He absolutely loves to play fetch and I've never met a dog who loves to take showers more than him! He has a tendency to sleep next to you and place you in the most uncomfortable positions because he loves to cuddle and he needs his room!

My Maltese Chihuahua is very energetic and must go on his two long walks a day, otherwise he will be all over the place. He barks at strangers just to warn us that they are there, but ultimately is a lover not a fighter. Everyone that meets him falls in love, his personality is so fantastic that you can't help it. He gets along very well with other dogs and is great with young kids, he loves to give kisses ;0)

Chihuahua Mixes - Stelling

I think Maltese Chihuahua mixes are the best. I always tell my Malchi he is the cutest and softest dog in the world... and I believe it! Stelling is full grown now at 1 year and 3 mos. old and he weighs just under 4 lbs. His Mother was a white Maltese and his Daddy a white Long-haired Chihuahua.

He is a great dog, full of personality and very smart. He is affectionate and loves to cuddle and be petted. My Maltese Chihuahua is also very energetic and loves to play and retrieve his toys with enthusiasm. He travels well and goes practically everywhere that we do including camping and travel in our RV.

Both of my children (twins) started college this year so Stelling was just what we needed! By the way, he is not fixed and looking for a girlfriend.

Chihuahua Mixes - Gracie

Gracie came to us via the pound. She had recently had all of her hair cut and she was pink and grey. We knew she was part Chihuahua, but we were quite surprised when her hair started growing and didn't stop!

She is a big dog in a tiny 4 pound body. Our Maltese Chihuahua mix is fierce and and quite shy of new people. She is a sweet heart once she has time to get to know you. We love her to pieces!

Chihuahua Mixes - Toto

Toto is one of the sweetest little Maltese Chihuahua mixes. He's right at a year old and is playful and adorable. He plays well with my two other little dogs, a 12 year old poodle and a two year old Dachshund mix. He can be a great lap dog when he wants to be but loves to play whenever he gets the chance.

Toto is a barker!! I've actually caught him barking at butterflies in the yard on several occasions.

Toto is mainly white but the his mother, the Chihuahua, was white and tan. His color didn't start coming in until he was about 7 or 8 months old. When we got him at 4 months he was totally white like a Maltese with the same long hair. You could really see the Chihuahua in his bone structure and stature. It also shows when he's being given a bath!

All in all, Toto and his brother, Yoda; who was tragically killed by a car about 7 weeks ago, have been great dogs. They do well with the kids in the neighborhood, though Yoda tended to be stand-offish with everyone but my husband and me. I would recommend Maltese Chihuahua mixes to anyone that wants a sweet natured dog with and active streak.

Chihuahua Mixes - Pancake

Well, he is a one of the smartest Maltese Chihuahua mixes. He likes to sit on his hind legs and put both front paws together whenever he wants to either play, or go to the bathroom. He loves stuffed animals, and he has his favorite toys, at this moment is a stuffed bone that has a small whistle inside and when he bites into it it makes a squeaky sound which he apparently loves.

He likes to run all over the house playing catch, and loves to jump up as he puts both paws together, he likes to display love a lot, he comes up to either my mom, my brother or me and he cuddles on our legs as he licks our hands.

In the winter time, he loves to wear sweaters and go for walks,always showing off. I'm not an expert on dogs but when it was sold to us, the lady said it was a Malchi.

Chihuahua Mixes - Kolchak

Kolchak is a joy to have in our household. He is a very loving and also very intelligent Maltese Chihuahua mix.

My husband and I do not have any human children yet... but Kolchak is my first son. I look forward to everyday with him.

He loves to sleep in my lap under a blanket and he loves to play with daddy with one of his many toys. He is the perfect puppy.
