Dog DNA Test - Fenna

We have a lovely 20# black long haired dog who was found in a cranberry marsh when she was approx. 6 months old. For the past 3 years that we've had her everyone comments on how beautiful and smart she is. Our groomer asked what breeder we purchased her from because she wants a dog just like her.

We just received DNA results from the Wisdom Panel cheek swab test dog dna test . It was very easy to use, and the results are amazing. Fenna is a Maltese, Schipperke, Shitzu mix. Now that we know that, the Schipperke and Maltese are easy to see in her. She also has some herding characteristics noted in the Schipperke information they provided.

We would highly recommend testing to anyone with a mixed breed "mystery" mix!

Fenna is adorable! It's so much fun to have mixed breeds. We have a Morkie (Maltese and Yorkie) who is 18 mos. old. She started out brown and black like a Yorkie, but now has white fur like a Maltese with some gold highlights, but dark colored skin! We love her to pieces! Your sweet Fenna is quite a mixture, but look what a marvelous dog she turned into. It's like opening a box of chocolates; you never know what your are going to get!! LOL
