Home Cooked Maltese Treat

Here's a recipe for a nice home-cooked Maltese treat:

I add about 1 cup of cooked brown rice
Then mix about a quarter cup of steamed carrots
I also add about 1 half cup of cooked ground beef it must be cooked thoroughly
Mix well
I then add really tiny pieces of cooked potato
I add about 2 and a half table spoons of beef and chicken broth
Mix really well

I put it into an airtight container and refrigerate it lasts about a half a week and that's how good it is ok for.

My little Maltese loves it.

Brown Rice
by: Katie

Brown rice does not contain wheat, it is just rice that has not been processed and had the bran and germ removed. It is very healthy and fine for Maltese to eat.
