My Maltese puppy Fred is full of energy and love. He is my protector and defender. He loves my boys. I believe he thinks that he is their brother. He is so smart. He was easy to train to go outside.

He loves to play with any stuffed animal or toy that squeaks. He favorite leisure activity is hanging out on the couch with me. He lays on his back and I rub his tummy. You can tell that he is saying, "Think God I thought she would never sit down. She is great and awesome. No one compares to her." He follows me everywhere I go in the house.

I am having problems grooming my Maltese puppy. His hair is kinky not curly but kinky. Like someone gave him a bad perm. It is very hard to comb out. His undercoat gets matted easily. I am also finding it hard to find a groomer for him. He associates the groomer with pain. I am wanting to find some products that will help with this issue any suggestions?

Wild Maltese Puppy - Chico

My Maltese puppy Chico is my wild energetic snow ball. He literally enjoys to play all day and gets so excited around people and other dogs. One look at him and everyone falls in love. I just watch him bounce around and chase after his tail and I get tickled inside LOL I just love him so. My Maltese puppy is ten months old and is going thru a little doggy puberty now and is so very spoiled... he loves to be held. Lol

Silly Maltese Puppy - Cookie

Cookie is a very playful, silly Maltese puppy! She loves running around the house playing with a huge exercise ball and when she's not trying to carry a ball too big for her she rolls around the carpet..& the grass & mud.

She's very friendly too! She loves cuddling with me and my little sister. And in the park she's the only one not barking, she loves to make new friends.

Energetic Maltese Puppy - Hamlet

We've had our little energetic Maltese puppy for about a year now and couldn't love him more. We went in thinking we were going to pick a nice calm puppy and ended up picking him because he ran around like a spaz tearing up newspaper (he still loves paper, leave any in reach and he'll shred it to pieces!) He is such a spaz but we just love him. me and my sister begged for a dog for years but my mom's allergic so the answer was always no. Finally we looked into nonshedders and voila! We got Ham! he is the light of my life and I can't remember how we lived pre ham. I miss him every time we leave I don't know what I'm going to do at the end of July when I go on vacation for a week, my first vacation away from Ham! I can't stand 7 hours way let alone 7 days! In short my little Maltese puppy is the best thing that ever happened to me and I love him to bits, even when he misbehaves!
