Meet our Pug/Maltese mix baby girl

Zooey was born on Feb. 22, 2017. Her Dad is a pure black Pug and her Mom is a pure white Maltese. She is very playful and has all the characteristic of a Pug (calm and quiet). She doesn't bark and when she needs your attention she would cry like a baby pup. She is not potty trained yet so we have her wear dog diaper. She is very people friendly and loves to lay on your lap. In fact she is most at ease when surrounded by people who adore and love her. Zooey will grow up to be a very smart, loyal and extremely lovable pup.

Such a rare face/coat combination - like my girl!! NEW
by: Natalie

She is gorgeous - and I'm so pleased to finally find another malti-pug who actually looks like mine. My girl Daisy is fawn and white but exactly the same face and coat type as Zooey. I'm so excited to see her grow up and what she'll look like beyond puppyhood :-)

Foster dogs NEW
by: Jessica Catapano

I have been trying to foster a small dog for 6 months. I am a retired RN who has a very small female Maltese, Lacey, who loves to play with other dogs. There are so many dogs who need love and a good home and I can’t seem to get anywhere. I have great references, have had dogs all my life and treat them as if they are children in fur. A little yorkie, Maltese, morkie, havanese. I’m about to just give up. Perfect loving home with another sweetheart of a dog and I’m ready to give up. If you can help me help another little pup, please let me know. I’m really heart broken over this. It’s a shame.

Better idea then diapers NEW
by: Jessica Catapano

Hi, Instead of diapers, it is so easy to wee wee pad train a Maltese. She is a baby. Know as soon as she wakes up she will have to pee. Put her on the paper. You do have to keep her in a kitchen and let her out every once and a while. If she is on the floor in a different room from the kitchen. She will never know how to get back to the kitchen. That is why I usually keep a pup in the kitchen for couple of weeks and spend a lot of time playing and constantly showing where her paper is. She needs to be trained, not diapered.
