Havamalt Puppy - Alfie

by Jacki
(Muncie, IN)

The day I got him =)

The day I got him =)

My Havamalt puppy is the most precious dog ever. He's not yappy, but he's very alert. He loves playing, and long walks. He easily adapts to your schedule. During the school year, he knows we get up early, he goes out, he naps while I'm in class all day, then we play for hours when I get home. But during the summer, we go on a walk early, then we take a nap together, and eat lunch together. He falls into a routine easily.

He's wary of most men, but he's never not liked anyone. My Havamalt is super friendly with other dogs. He loves playing with big dogs, but he's adorable when he's the big dog among my friends Yorkies. He hates sharing his toys, but he turns it into a game when you steal them. He doesn't shed at all. Which is amazing. He loves string cheese, so we share one every night.

Being a college student, I didn't take the time to train him to do crazy tricks, but he's insanely well house trained. He loves to cuddle on rainy days, or any day you need cuddling. He's pretty much the perfect dog.

Havamalt Puppy - Molly

Molly playing outside in her favourite pink sweater :)

My Havamalt puppy Molly is the most lovable dog in the world. Even when she gets into things or wont let go of your pant leg, you could never get mad at her. She LOVES belly rubs more then any dog I've ever met. You can't walk past her without her laying on her back and hoping for a belly rub. She is the sweetest thing who loves playing with kids, dogs and especially cats. She'll let you do anything to her, its so cute!

She is almost 5 months now and she weighs 8 lbs, she was fairly easy to house train, as she only has the occasional accident now. I couldn't imagine life without my little molly bear <3

Havamalt Puppy - Pippin

by Carmen
(Grand Rapids, MI)

How can you not love me!?

How can you not love me!?

Pippin will be 5 mos. on June 20th. He's such a cutie and gets along with the other pets (older Beagle mix & older cat) Though he does love to play alot so they get tired out quickly. It's funny to watch him wrestle with the cat! I can't believe she puts up with it!

He's such a little puffball. His new favorite thing to do is stand inside an upside down frisbee and 'dig'.

Only bad thing is on the rainy days and dewy mornings his little fluffy feet and belly get soaked!
