Malti-pom - Shadow

Shadow is a very loving Malti-pom dog, almost needy at times for attention like a cat. He will nudge your arm or hand for you to pet him. He is very active at times and loves to fetch his favorite squeaky toy. He loves running around the house with my son and they see who can tire out whom first.

Shadow was easy to train as far as tricks and obeying, although we have struggled with the paper training. He is very stubborn and would rather go outside. We love our Malti-pom Shadow and he is a great addition to our family.

Maltipoms - Petunia and Simmz

Petunia and Simmz were born on September 14, 2009. My Maltipoms were with a breeder that became ill and could not afford to care for the 80 dogs she had. I worked closely with the breeder along with my vet and the breeder surrendered over 60 dogs over a 4 month period. Mostly Shih Tzus and all are in loving homes.

Petunia came to me very ill at the age of 3 months with an upper respiratory infection---she lived in an oxygen box for 2 weeks. We almost lost her but she survived---

I could not part with these precious little girls---Petunia is a beautiful, 5 lb, sassy Malti-pom. She is a lap dog and wants to be with me all the time. Simmz is a gorgeous 4.5 lb Malti-pom with a very different personality. She sits on her hind legs and does the doggie wave for several minutes. This is how she talks while Petunia talks by barking. In the pics above, Petunia and Simmz are modeling their designer dresses made just for them by Doc Woody's wife Alix---Doc Woody is our vet.

Also, I had Petunia's and Simmz's portrait painted--they are posted above. Kasia captured their personality---Simmz is our "Lady Gaga" while Petunia is "Little Miss Snoot"----they are wonderful little girls and loved very much!!

I have Maltese but this Maltese Pomeranian combination is adorable!!!

Winter in Mass. calls for a sweater

Chewy is a 1 year old male Malti-pom, who is the perfect mix of playful and lovable. He's really smart and can do lots of tricks. In my opinion, my Maltipom is the cutest dog ever!

Our Maltipom dog is the most wonderful pet and so good with little children. Easy going dog and just beautiful. Our Maltese Pomeranian mix is a delight and we love him so much.

Malti-pom - Roxy

Moxy little Roxy

We got our little Malti-pom Roxy in Jan. 2010. She is now 9mths old and a whooping 4 lbs. She is the sweetest, gentlest dog I have ever had. She loves her older sister, a 6yr old Miniature Pinscher. She also has won over our two cats. She loves to play and go outside in the snow. She rolls and wiggles on her back and burrows her nose in it. She is a smart little cookie and learned how to fetch a ball and return it to me in about a half an hour.

She loves to cuddle and will snuggle her little head up under my chin and sigh big sighs of contentment. She also likes to go car rides and sits like a big girl in her car seat in the back and never makes a peep.

She lets me know if someone is at the door and if someone is in the park behind us...so we have to work on the "no bark" there but other than that she is awesome.

She is great about being brushed and combed which we do daily and makes no fuss at all when I give her a bath.

I would get another Malti Pom cross in heartbeat if I could get another one like her.

She does look like she is part Yorkie but we have a pic of her mom and dad and the mom is white Maltese and the dad is light tan pom. Go figure... we love her no matter what she is!

Malti-pom - Meeko

My Malti-pom is all hair... and about 12 lbs of fury! He is so happy and makes me happy! My Malti-pom goes everywhere with me and makes me feel bad if he can't go. He looks like a skunk from behind!

Laid Back Malti-pom - Rockie

Rockie is the best dog I have ever had.My Malti-pom is very loving, a great watchdog, loves to play, and just wants to be loved. He is sometimes very quiet, but when he see's a cat he goes crazy! Rockie can also lay out in the sun for hours. My Malti-pom is a very relaxed dog and goes with the flow. He is the love of my life!!

Maltipoms - Tiki and Pixie

We just adopted two little Maltipom sisters. They are 9 months old and were a breeder surrender to the rescue we adopted them from. They're 1/2 sisters... dad is a Pomeranian and both the mothers Maltese. We love the Maltipom mix since having one previously (Katie girl whom we sent to live with the angels last March is pictured on the Maltese Maniac site as well). We finally were ready to share our home with another Maltipom and found out Tiki also had a sister up for adoption! We could not take one and leave the other so we adopted both! They had been together since young pups. Now they are the heart of our home and make us smile everyday! :)
