Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Hershey

Santa Claus brought one of the cutest Yorkie Maltese mix puppies Hershey this past Christmas of 2009. Hershey is a loving pup that loves to cuddle on the couch with you and watch TV. He will greet you when you come through the door and give you loving kisses. (Hershey Kisses)

Hershey is very smart and is eager to learn. At 16 weeks he has learned the basic commands but really loves to be put through agility courses. He can already run through the tunnel, jump hurdles and jump through hoops.

Our Yorkie Maltese puppy is getting better with potty training. He has started to bark at the back door when he wants to go out which is a big success. He still has the occasional accident in the house. Sometimes on the pad and sometimes right next to it. Patience.

Hershey loves going for walks and does very well on a leash. He walks right next to you will only stop when you do.

His latest weight at 15 weeks was 3.2 lbs. His Maltese mother is 7 lbs and his Yorkie father is 5 lbs so he should finish in that range.

Hershey loves children and can play with them for the better part of the day. At times he does grab onto your pants bottoms and will tug at it fiercely but I am hoping he grows out of that.

He has truly become a loving part of our family. Although he has only been with us for a short time, I would find it hard to not have Hershey in our lives.

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Sophia

My little Sophia is one of the best Yorkie Maltese mix puppies! She is terrific! She is always happy, full of energetic and always willing to learn! She listens very well and was housebroken as soon as she got her in the house!!

She is only 3 months but has the intelligence of my four your old Yorkshire Terrier Louie!! I love this little one and would recommend a Morkie to anyone !!

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Mecca Wells

Mecca was the smallest of a litter of three Yorkie Maltese mix puppies. Her mother is a Yorkie and her father is a Maltese. The owners that sold her to me did not want to part with her because of her personality.

She's very smart, she's lovable and a great companion. She loves getting her picture taken and she'll do ANYTHING for a Milkbone Doggie Treat (the little hotdogs).

At 8 months old, she weighs 5.0 pounds and she's very easy to handle. For her size, she's a tough little cookie. I absolutely adore my Yorkie Maltese mix puppy, even when she's naughty!

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Teddy

Teddy is a real sweetie! One of the best Yorkie Maltese Mix puppies ever. He loves everyone and all animals.

He had a lot of dark brown and black in his coat, but after being groomed this week, our Yorkie Maltese mix is now mostly golden. He is only 3 months old, but we can't imagine life without him.

Morkie Puppies - Oscar

I have had ene of the cutest Morkie puppies, Oscar, for 3 weeks. He is 4 months old now. He weighs 5 pounds! He is a verryy snugly puppy and loves to play. He gets very shy is social situations. Sometimes he does nip and pull on pants we are trying to break the habit.

I have never had a small dog before but I am enjoying how much our Morkie puppy LOVES to snuggle on the couch. Oscar doesn't bark at all really only sometimes when he is playing. House training him has been really easy he has only made a few mistakes but now he always goes outside and sits by the stairs when he is ready to go! If he is alone we leave out newspaper for him and he goes on it always.

We are very happy to have little Oscar around!

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Bitsy

I've had one of the best Yorkie Maltese mix puppies for less than a week - but already in love! She's a wonderful little dog - calm and such a great personality. Already outsmarting my 5 yo 6 lb Chihuahua. Bitsy's mother was a 4 lb Maltese and the father was a 3 lb Yorkie. She's 9 wks old and weighed 20oz at the vet's office today. :)

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Sophia

Sophia, or Sophi for short, is a the best of all Yorkie Maltese mix puppies that my grandmas Yorkie had with a Maltese she is really cute and she may become my dog someday she is sweet and the only girl in the litter.

She was the first puppy to start playing at my house when my grandma brought them over and she liked to follow me around.

Sophi and all the other Yorkie Maltese mix puppies will be old enough to be away from there mother Christmas day so pretty much tomorrow.

Morkie Puppies - Tailar

Born May 7, 2010. My Morkie puppies coloring is cute, light cream with tan ears, though not at all like a Yorkie; colors definitely more favor the Maltese.

She is smart, was very quick to learn to go on her pee-pee pad and outside, though there have been a few accidents. I would say 90% of the time she did very well. Her misses were few in comparison to her successes, which is great. She is lovable and independent. She likes to be off on her own playing with her toys, but also loves attention and when she is ready to snuggle, she will come to me and beg to be picked up. Her ears were down when I bought her, but now are up alot, which is surprising as she is only 10 weeks old.

Her face is not very fluffy yet which worried me a little from viewing photos of other Morkies, Yorkies, and Maltese puppies who even younger had much fluffier faces. With her face less furry, her face almost looks like a Chihuahua with he pointy ears, but her body is very fluffy like a typical Morkie puppy.

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Addison

Addison is about the cutest of all 3 month old Yorkie Maltese mix puppies. She's a bundle of energy and has more of a Yorkie look. I'm constantly keeping her busy with chew toys. my Yorkie Maltese mix chases my Shorkie around the house, and he's not a fan of it. But once she calms down, he'll like her more. She loves to cuddle, but she loves to bite too.

My Morkie puppy is 4 months old... birth date was 8/28/08, and she is the best thing that could have ever happened in my life... she is so precious and beautiful and such a good girl.

She is potty trained goes to her pee pads to do her business, sits when I tell her to sit, plays catch, plays so cute with her treats throws them in the air and slides them on the floor. such a Mommy's girl and I love her.

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppy - Edward

At first my Yorkie Maltese mix puppy Edward had a very timid personality at 8 weeks old riding the entire way home (~3 hours) on my chest without moving. As he got older he is intelligent, GREAT with children, and is very curious.

He was practically housebroken when I got him (even at 8 weeks!) at about 12 weeks he knew sit and lay but still has a ton of trouble with stay. The only time he is less than the perfect dog is when you try to brush his teeth or hold his mouth closed. At first when brushing him he would bite like there was no tomorrow (but it was easily corrected). As long as you don't purposely try to mess with his mouth he is hyper when the time calls for it and calm when you want him to be calm. If he is unhappy he doesn't bark he just lets out a little whine.

He LOVES other dogs and cats although they typically don't like his overly friendly attitude. I can not imagine a better mannered dog at his age (he is now 15 weeks).

Aside from personality he started going from Yorkie tri color to white at about 12 weeks. Right now it has grown out about an inch and a half with the black tips still visible!

Morkie Puppies - Addie

Addie is actually my daughters Morkie puppy but I don't know what I would do without her now. She is so much fun and full of life. She loves to give kisses to everyone.

She is 6 mos old and weighs about 4 lbs. She also runs and bounces like a rabbit. She is so tiny, but she is the fastest at the dog park. She is very smart and friendly.

The only problem I am having is getting anything done around the house. When she walks in the room she is so dang cute and soft I just want to play. My husband has the same problem. I just hope we don't spoil her to much.

I would recommend a Morkie to anyone without small children that wants a dog. (no small kids only because Morkie puppies are so small and fragile).

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppy - Clover

My Yorkie Maltese mix puppy will be 4 months old on 1-1-09 and is 3lbs. She is a very happy little girl who is full of energy and fun. She loves to run around especially outside in the snow.

We love the way she barks and howls to get our attention to play. And of course she loves to snuggle and fall asleep in your lap.

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Bailey at 4 months

Here's an update on our Yorkie Maltese mix puppy Bailey at four months. She is very healthy and happy and the love of our life. She will be groomed for the first time soon.

We got her from a lady in Palacios Texas that runs the ACE hardware store there and breeds Yorkie Maltese mix puppies from purebred Yorkie and purebred Maltese. They have their tails docked and their first shot and are socialized. Bailey has been wonderful from the moment we got her.
