Our Morkie Hershey
Santa Claus brought one of the cutest Yorkie Maltese mix puppies Hershey this past Christmas of 2009. Hershey is a loving pup that loves to cuddle on the couch with you and watch TV. He will greet you when you come through the door and give you loving kisses. (Hershey Kisses) Hershey is very smart and is eager to learn. At 16 weeks he has learned the basic commands but really loves to be put through agility courses. He can already run through the tunnel, jump hurdles and jump through hoops. Our Yorkie Maltese puppy is getting better with potty training. He has started to bark at the back door when he wants to go out which is a big success. He still has the occasional accident in the house. Sometimes on the pad and sometimes right next to it. Patience. Hershey loves going for walks and does very well on a leash. He walks right next to you will only stop when you do. His latest weight at 15 weeks was 3.2 lbs. His Maltese mother is 7 lbs and his Yorkie father is 5 lbs so he should finish in that range. Hershey loves children and can play with them for the better part of the day. At times he does grab onto your pants bottoms and will tug at it fiercely but I am hoping he grows out of that. He has truly become a loving part of our family. Although he has only been with us for a short time, I would find it hard to not have Hershey in our lives.

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Sophia

My little Sophia is one of the best Yorkie Maltese mix puppies! She is terrific! She is always happy, full of energetic and always willing to learn! She listens very well and was housebroken as soon as she got her in the house!!
She is only 3 months but has the intelligence of my four your old Yorkshire Terrier Louie!! I love this little one and would recommend a Morkie to anyone !!

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Mecca Wells

I know I look cute, right? After I get my picture taken, I'm going to get into some mischief!
Mecca was the smallest of a litter of three Yorkie Maltese mix puppies. Her mother is a Yorkie and her father is a Maltese. The owners that sold her to me did not want to part with her because of her personality.
She's very smart, she's lovable and a great companion. She loves getting her picture taken and she'll do ANYTHING for a Milkbone Doggie Treat (the little hotdogs).
At 8 months old, she weighs 5.0 pounds and she's very easy to handle. For her size, she's a tough little cookie. I absolutely adore my Yorkie Maltese mix puppy, even when she's naughty!

Teddy is a real sweetie! One of the best Yorkie Maltese Mix puppies ever. He loves everyone and all animals.
He had a lot of dark brown and black in his coat, but after being groomed this week, our Yorkie Maltese mix is now mostly golden. He is only 3 months old, but we can't imagine life without him.

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Bailey at 4 months

Bailey at 4 Months
Here's an update on our Yorkie Maltese mix puppy Bailey at four months. She is very healthy and happy and the love of our life. She will be groomed for the first time soon.
We got her from a lady in Palacios Texas that runs the ACE hardware store there and breeds Yorkie Maltese mix puppies from purebred Yorkie and purebred Maltese. They have their tails docked and their first shot and are socialized. Bailey has been wonderful from the moment we got her.
The breeders name is Shelia and her phone number is 361-408-0076. She just had five new pups that will be ready in February. Four girls and 1 boy. Her email address is mammayorkie6@aol.com

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Bitsy

I've had one of the best Yorkie Maltese mix puppies for less than a week - but already in love! She's a wonderful little dog - calm and such a great personality. Already outsmarting my 5 yo 6 lb Chihuahua. Bitsy's mother was a 4 lb Maltese and the father was a 3 lb Yorkie. She's 9 wks old and weighed 20oz at the vet's office today. :)

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Sophia

Sophia was the only girl of her litter and she was the only one that we didn't sell!!
Sophia, or Sophi for short, is a the best of all Yorkie Maltese mix puppies that my grandmas Yorkie had with a Maltese she is really cute and she may become my dog someday she is sweet and the only girl in the litter.
She was the first puppy to start playing at my house when my grandma brought them over and she liked to follow me around.
Sophi and all the other Yorkie Maltese mix puppies will be old enough to be away from there mother Christmas day so pretty much tomorrow.

Yorkie Maltese Mix Puppies - Addison

Addison is about the cutest of all 3 month old Yorkie Maltese mix puppies. She's a bundle of energy and has more of a Yorkie look. I'm constantly keeping her busy with chew toys. my Yorkie Maltese mix chases my Shorkie around the house, and he's not a fan of it. But once she calms down, he'll like her more. She loves to cuddle, but she loves to bite too.
